Some collabos you can see happening, some collabos you anticipate happening and some just simply catch you off guard!
DJ Premier and Snoop have linked up in the past, on "The One and Only". Snoop Dogg also appeared on Gang Starr's "In This Life" on The Ownerz album (2003). However, I didn't see this one coming.
Snoop has shown much versatility in his music over the last several years and DJ Premier will bang it out for anybody with a pen and paper to match.
This latest offering from this golden era duo is nothing short of spectacular. The Premo laced beat, which offers a sinister piano, the traditional drum swing and cuts that'll make the finest butcher in the Meat District proud. Add that smooth Snoop D-O-Double G flow on top of the recipe and it's ready to be served at your finest hip-hop shops. ENJOY!
