Dame Dash is making a genuine attempt to squash the feud between himself, Cam’ron and 50 Cent – but not everyone has embraced the spirit of reconciliation. Dash issued an olive branch via Instagram, saying that the three of them need to set a better example. All this after Dame filed a lawsuit against Cam for defamation – and after Cam dropped the Dame Dash diss “Mr. Petty.”
“50, Cam, me, if together we show that we could be beefing, pause, and then come together and maybe do a TV show together, something different, or a movie or something, just showing the world that we can work together, then we would prove everyone wrong,” Dash said in the Instagram video. “They love us tearing each other down, and I’m not doing that sh*t. I apologize to my OGs for embarrassing y’all, but I just wanted to talk to them. [Cam’ron] finally replied when I hit him with the lawsuit.”
“Let’s show the world that Black people can work together challenge,” he wrote in the post’s caption. “I’m not doing this corny sh*t no more. I got work to do. Let’s just resolve this and move forward collectively. Let’s show the world that they can’t divide us over bullsh*t. That jig is up #Checkmate.”

50 Cent and Dame have been sparring via social media ever since it was reported that 50 was partnering with Cam to executive produce a new reboot of Paid In Full. The original 2002 film starred Cam’ron and was executive produced by Dash and Roc-A-Fella Films. After Dash’s attempt to bury the hatchet, 50 responded in a predictably 50 Cent fashion to the former mogul’s mea culpa.
“I agree with Dame 100 emoji percent it’s better to work together,” 50 wrote on Instagram. “We should sit down and figure out how to move forward. I believe we can create a path to more success.”
Then he threw the verbal sucker punch.
“Oh wait ? CAM just said [f**k] Dame and his fake chat GPT lawsuit,” 50 wrote. “So it’s f**k you Dame.”
